I said it before and stand by it. The Fisher are going OUT OF BUSINESS over this case.

You say the Fisher's aren't on trial. I beg to differ. They have been on trail the entire case. FACTS presented in the case against the Fishers:

Kim Fisher's false filing of a floating barrel verified claim

The Fisher's DON"T own the claim to the Atocha "whereever she may lie", it it fair game

The Fisher's have been misleader their investors for YEARS

The Atocha never had any emeralds in the first place

The Fishers are accused of planting their "Atocha" emeralds in a scheme with Marcial, the non expert, low end jeweler in Key West

The Fishers have coersed a bunch of felons to produce false testimony

The Fishers investigation team is headed by the most notorious treasure criminal in the past 30 years

The Fisher's have been sued and procecuted numerous times for scams relating to Atocha objects falsely authenticated

The Fisher had no real evidence to bring a claim in the first place and will be fined by the courts

The Fisher's purposefully manipulated the press and Key West citizen, and blogs like this to falsely harm Jay's find and business in an anticompetitve manner



This list could go on and on.



On the other hand, the Fisher have produce ZERO evidence.
