Right now, I think some smart people are accumulating by either buying on the Ask or waiting for someone to sell on the bid at the price they are willing to pay and yes, there always seems to have someone willing to sell, Their Loss IMO as this will go back above the highest level we have seen back a few months ago! Mark my word!
