True, but they still filled their financial reports, they could have gone without it! They had a reason to do so which has to be a good one otherwise, they would just have gone unreported like so many pink sheets!
When they start selling those bars, money will flow and they will pay back whatever they owe!
So people are accumulating at a cheap price right now, good for them!
