did I get this right, Frank stepped down as CEO but remained as Chairman of the Board and appointed Ric Sanchez CEO....but then shortly after he resigned his position as Chairman of the Board, but other board members will be announced shortly...I wonder if he stays on the board just not as chairman. whats the big deal? why all the selling?
