I'm very confident Wednesday was a defining moment for us and as you guys all know it usually takes a couple of days for transactions to clear and transfer.


Waiting for final report from Transfer Agent on stock issued and outstanding which we should have today. Then the SEC Attorney has to approve the 8K update, then we can put it out. I am trying to get it done, may not happen until Monday.
