At my age, I am happy to get out of bed and put my feet on the floor. I just turned sixty, but I feel well. I ride my bike up and down hills and go on 50 mile rides. I also work out on a Total Gym, and I work in the yard around my house here in beautiful Florida. I have been a Type I Diabetic for 43 years, but I will fight this SOB as long as I can. So far, I am healthy and have no traces of damage. I do, however, have to watch things like karate and other such martial arts, since my healing takes a lot longer than non-diabetics. I do appreciate the offer though.

I have a close friend who lives in Denver, and she loves the state of CO.
