The next 10-Q is due Thursday, assuming they can even scrape up enough money to pay for it (although they may have prepaid their consultants and EDGAR filer - I know that if I provided any kind of work for a broke company like DGRI with a history of not paying vendors and a series of successful lawsuits against them, I would insist on being paid upfront in full).

Let's see if the next 10-Q even mentions Nicaragua. The last one didn't.
