trueblue,

The one thing that isn't exactly correct is that your post is not mentioning it is a trial about ALLEGED fraud. Not a fraud trial. Big difference to me,

Until witnesses get on the witness stand and testify, everything is alleged. However, If as a potential witness states in his email to other investors in an Offical Court Brief. Jay presented artifacts from the Kirby site to the Smithsonian and those artifacts were removed without permission from the the permit holder and were never documented to the Marine Sanctuary. I think that will be proven at the Trial and will be a problem for Jay.

Jay's own admission in a newspaper article that thousands of emeralds are worthless, coupled with Jay's own experts stating that many of the emeralds they examined were worthless? I think that backs up what the Fisher's expert stated. Then there is the statement from the Fisher's expert that a lot of the emeralds he examined were not underwater very long?? That raises many questions, since some shipwreck emeralds were presented to the Smithsonian.

Then you have the 60 minutes episode where emeralds were found next to a WWII ship and we hear that they might have been cargo on the WWII ship. Yet apparently Jay and Jay Jr. didn't do their homework. The WWII ship was extensively salvage after it was sunk and no emeralds were found on it. etc...

Then you have a publicly traded company selling stock based on the emerald find. Yes. I think ORRV will be brought into the Court Case at some point. However that is just my opinion.

Just my personal opinion
