I'm suggesting the process and those involved do not want the commons to stay intact. There are many, many instances where all logic says the commons should stay, but they do not. The debtors will de-value anything and everything in order to get rid of the commons. These people want more than interest on their investment, they want everything.
My comments are not really based on anything specific in regards to Kodak (other than the fact that the equity committee was denied), they are based on experience with BK commons.
The early bird gets the worm................
