You would be dreaming if you think we'll ever see $ .20 again, those days are over. This is not structured the same as it was a year ago. UNLESS, the share structure is addressed! Which could be retiring
some of the (newly) issued outstanding shares is the first course of action. I can go on and on but you are seeing exactly what happens (or what will happen) if the PPS is not address!
