now since the Q3 results are out and not as good as some were expecting, the ball is in PEIX court to bring the pps above $1. IMO that is the next big challenge for the company. Unless PEIX can show some significant improvements the price will not move north of $1 and a r/s would be imminent.

Let us hope they move towards the 100% ownership of the plant and best thing would be a buyout!!
