Tom is going to deliver the 10K and then up-list to the OTCBB. Besides, you can't get away with straight up making false public statements about releasing your companies 10K to investors! That kind of thing can land you in jail, and I doubt that is part of the plan with RFMK.

The only thing that makes sense after all of this communication from TOM about the 10K is this!

The 10K is coming!! I have my millions of shares locked up tight and IMO, I made a wise move...
