Hi dancy, how are you my friend. I sure enjoyed the good times with ei on the board. Short lived as it was.

on another note:

I'd like to wish you and yours a honorable veterans day from the US. Happy Haniku and Xmas.

For Thanks giving i am doing a bobby flay food network bbq turkey. trying a new method this year. cooking from the outside rather than side by side.

You see the briquettes were formerly 1/2 to one side and nothing on the other side. The turkey bbq's on the opposite side so there is no direct heat under the turkey.

when using the weber- dome lid- with a slight control of the vent the heat will circulate in one direction. The turkey comes out moist and golden brown, not really sure why we are changing but the powers that be are insistant about this new method so we will accomodate their request, take it for a spin and see what she'll do. Amen LOL

This year we bbq the turkey in the center with a drip tray underneath and the Coals surround the drip tray. Coals may be added every 1/2 hr as needed and at the Chef's discretion )( do ya hear me now..)
