WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

false and misleading statements

Indeed!! For instance:

1. A Legal Document filed with Florida Secretary of State on July 1, 2004 states that Corinne Fallacaro is founder and Initial President and Director of GTGP

At that time the company was Global Music International, Inc. (GMUS) so the quote above is false and misleading!!

Corinne Fallacaro has been President and Chief Executive Officer since inception. She served as an officer and as a Director of Falcon Entertainment Corp. and Independent Music Network, Inc. from 1997 until February 2001. From February 2001 until July 2004, Ms. Fallacaro operated the IMNTV.com website and related business. From 1991 until 1996 she was also Vice President of CJS Holding, Inc., a private technology licensing company.

2. A GTGP SB-2 filed with the SEC in 3/24/05 stated that CORINNE FALLACARO has been President and Chief Executive Officer since inception. James Fallacaro was not mentioned in document

At that time the company was Global Music International, Inc. (GMUS) so the quote above is false and misleading!!
Even more so since James Fallacaro WAS mentioned in that document!

3. A GTGP 10K filed with the SEC in 9/28/05 stated that CORINNE FALLACARO has been President and Chief Executive Officer since inception. James Fallacaro was not mentioned in document.

At that time the company was Global Music International, Inc. (GMUS) so the quote above is false and misleading!!
Even more so since James Fallacaro WAS mentioned in that document!

4. A GTGP 10K filed with the SEC in 9/27/06 stated that CORINNE FALLACARO has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since inception. James Fallacaro was not mentioned in document.

At that time the company was Global Music International, Inc. (GMUS) so the quote above is false and misleading!!
Even more so since James Fallacaro WAS mentioned in that document!

5. A GTGP Proxy Statement (DEF 14C) filed with the SEC in 4/13/07 stated that:

Corinne Fallacaro was the majority shareholder and President of the Company prior to the Shareholders Consents. As a majority shareholder, Ms. Fallacaro along with the Company’s CTO, Vice President and Secretary, Christopher Mauritz, elected to take the following actions:

Elect James Fallacaro as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President

At that time the company was Global Music International, Inc. (GMUS) not GTGP, so the quote above is false and misleading!!

6. SO JAMES FALLACARO WAS FIRST ELECTED AS PRESIDENT, CEO AND A DIRECTOR OF GTGP ON 4/13/07

WOW, THAT IS CORRECT!!

7. In a GTGP 8-K filed with the SEC in 1/30/08, James Fallacaro claimed:
"James Fallacaro is President, CEO and a Director of the company since inception."

8. How can this be? Nowhere was James Fallacaro ever mentioned in any of the legal documents filed with the State of Florida and the SEC as a President, CEO and Director until he was elected 4/13/07. Instead it was his wife, Corinne Fallacaro, that was listed as the first President and Director in the Florida State filings and the SEC filings up to that time.

"How can this be", you ask?!
Easy, your information is not correct, as usual, and are only half truths mixed with deliberate attempts to falsify and distort, but if one reads the following quote of that 8K closely:
""James Fallacaro is President, CEO and a Director of the company since inception.""
Then the first part is accurate as of the date of that 8K, as Mr Fallacaro was CEO since 4/13/07, so there is NOTHING wrong with that AND as the other quote from the same 8K witnesseth; James was involved with the company since inception, so thats why the second part of that quote reads as "a Director of the company since inception"! So once again there is NOTHING wrong with that! Except of course the relentless false and misleading attempts, statements and connotations to portray Mr James Fallacaro as evil and deceiver etc etc etc! For example:

9. James Fallacaro either made false statements about his involvement in controlling and running GTGP from July 1, 2004 to April 2007, or he falsely stated in the 1/30/08 8K (a legal document) that he was President, CEO and Director of GTGP since inception.

LOL Wrong AGAIN! James Fallacaro was NOT the one who made, and I quote; "false statements about his involvement"!!
But thanks for highlighting this "(a legal document)", as it is very clear who tried to falsely state, deliberately distort and maliciously attempted to mislead the current and prospective shareholders on the public GTGP board on Ihub out of an "(a legal document)". Hint: it was not Mr James Fallacaro!!
