Here are the criterions which prevent to file bancrupty:

"- You Have Enough Income to Repay Your Debts
- You Previously Received a Bankruptcy Discharge
- A Previous Bankruptcy Was Dismissed Within the Previous 180 Days
- You Defrauded Your Creditors"


I would bet on the last one..
