So just what is it about the history of RFMK that may be revealed in an audited 10K provide you with in information that bolsters your passion for the company. It would show more detail of the past, up to the end of Sept. 2012, but it will not likely show anything that could be a catalyst for a rise in the pps or the company's net value.

More about the business plan? We already know the stated biz plan is to sell vaporizers. A hidden biz possibility has not been communicated and never will be......

Oh okay, with that info they could try to uplist to the OTC:BB, but that doesn't add value, just more transparency. The transparency is good, but being moved from a pink to the BB is not an indication of RFMK's success past, present, or future.

So what is the catalyst of this 10K that may never come? tia
