Possible reasons for CBIS today performance
1. typical wrong management strategy as usual
when CBIS run on Friday, a solid PR was perfect, otherwise keeping quite. A hollow PR hurt all in the market. Today, when the price dropped, same mistake happened.
2. MMs did not load enough shares, and they need more at low price
3. 10Q is not good
