I like this one from Oct. 25th. Not only a market for marking the chips, but also marking the metal they have in them. The SEC rule won't go into affect for awhile, but once again, just another potential market for APDN that could be gargantuan.

According to IHS, the SEC rule directly applies to an estimated 5,994 companies that file reports to the SEC and to hundreds of thousands of their suppliers.
