New Mexico and Western Texas have many windmills in use. Point is, wind is a viable energy source. Thanks for the update on this stock. All I know is that HRTE's business plan has been a failure for shareholders. I agree, investors have been mislead and this company is just a mom pop operation. HRTE has been talking about that windmill for a couple of years now and it is still not hooked up to the grid generating money.Good questions, why do they have a sticker. jmo
