Oh, I see, you misunderstood that PR in October. What it said was they installed a CTLM in Mexico. It was the CTLM that sold for $160K, 8 months ago. There is no mention of further sales in that PR. Also, just last week, IMDS reported the CTLM is still not approved for use in Mexico, lol.
