Pacific Gold Corp pcfg and grassroots research "pumped" this stock by sending bulletins and on each of their websites, saying target price for PCFG was .07 and .08 respectively, also saying a dividend was on it's way in the summer, then later announcing it would be fall for the dividend (which still never came) meanwhile planning a sneak attack to sell hundreds of millions of shares after their pump and then dump, then splitting hundreds of millions of shares amongst each other and finally announcing a r/s. That is ILLEGAL and FRAUD! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, REPORTS TO THE SEC UNDERWAY!!! PENNY LAND OR NOT THIS TYPE OF ACTION AGAINST SHAREHOLDERS IS MISLEADING, ILLEGAL, IMMORAL AND FRAUDULENT!!
