If it doesn't exist... Wouldn't they be liable for misinformation and therefore opening them up to criminal and civil actions?

I'm sure, but you never know, management has/had best intentions to get this operation up and running..

Bottom line though, they have proven they are not miners. They have been learning how to mine on the shareholders dime...

In the interest of the shareholders/ bah holders, they should sell the operation and recoup some if not all $.
