This what hedgefunds did all three of the last times they pushed SPY and many many stocks up to ALT top highs even tho fundamentally were far overbought. It was/is all pure manipulating game until the jig is up and Jim exlpains exactly how they do & just finished doing it.

Is it legal, well you could say almost
