It could be announced at any time....no advance notice....thats the scary part for those who are waiting on the sidelines....pr. could come out with LOI first and if the pr is before opening bell it will gap most likely 100% from the previous days close but that all depends where the price is at of course before. This is the beauty of being involved with penny stocks
