One cubic yard = .27/ton. So 4 cubic yards averages out to 1 ton.
http://www.unitconversion.org/volume/cubic-yards-to-ton-registers-conversion.html

So their 16,300 c.yds. divided by 4 equals 4075 tons. 4075 tons divided by 63 ozs equates to 1 oz [28 grams] of gold out of 65 tons. That was their results.

Our assays "shows quantities of gold at 0.279 troy ounces per ton and Silver at 0.267 troy ounces per ton. At today's prices this equates nearly $400 per ton".

We should generate 1 ounce of gold every 4 tons.

They generated 1 ounce of gold every 65 tons.

That's a whopping 61 ton difference.

It's all about "Location - Location - Location!!"

NOT. Companies would hire snipers to chase folks away from ground that fertile.
