Could be the recent O/S increase is tied in with the conversion of our carried interest in MI. 8-10% of $8m seems right in the ballpark. 10M x .1 Whatever the case we'll find out in due time.

As for this, the same thought has crossed my mind once or twice.

Personally I see a few more wells being opened at Mustang then a new relationship with WGAS and Silvermere on the VM-179 claim.

Lots of reasons to consider this a possibility imo. Prior to "merging" with Worthington, Mason (in acquiring 10% of MI (as Black Cat) had business dealings with Silvermere. Silvermere and Mason/Worthington appear to be employing a similar strategy to towards growth. Both parties have already established a working relationship. Several months ago Silvermere O/S was increased "for the purpose of future acquisitions." It's not much to go on, but this is just talk.

In the end, I guess it doesn't really matter who we end up in partnership with as long as the job gets done, but in the meantime it's fun to speculate.
