I don't know why folks think this is overvalued. Then their logic is when it comes down to a penny I will buy. Well why in the world would you buy in a downtrend and if its over valued at .05 it will probably be over valued at .01.

Stocks here don't trade like they should, companies with nothing going for them with bigger share structures trade higher. Like someone else posted, try to find a company with this much going for it on this high of a tier. Nothing is below .50.
