Cbis is doing research- ie that costs alot of money. They are also bringing in alot of scientists to build an acredited research team- you have to pay them. If they discover one of the cannaboids which suppresses cancer or aids- goldmine. The race is on, its been proven cannaboids suppress some cancer cells, only a matter of time.
