Viking, I don't have shares in PWEI. My involvement with PWEI stems from the fact that two years ago I was scammed by Russell Kidder in his last pump and dump scam, ACLH. Coincidently, earlier this year ACLH sold its assets, OUR ASSETS, to PWEI in exchange for 150,000,000 common shares in PWEI.

Now what that means to me and other ACLH scam victims I do not know. We haven't heard from Kidder since February 2011. You'd think if Kidder and his crew (which I believe includes those behind PWEI) had any intention of running a legitimate company, he would have advised his ACLH shareholders long ago. But we've received nothing.

I believe PWEI is just another Kidder pump and dump scam. I've notified the SEC, as has others. And since Kidder already has his own file at the SEC, I'm certain they are presently learning more about this latest pump and dump scam. The SEC last had questions for Kidder and his involvement with pump and dump promoters, and since this stock was HEAVILY promoted, again, another angle of interest for the SEC.

My postings have been my modest effort to warn potential scam victims about Kidder and this latest scam. If I can help someone, similar to me two years ago, from investing their hard-earned money with these crooks, then I feel my efforts have been worthwhile.
