Greetings, Mr. Russell:
I am a shareholder in ACT Clean Technologies, Inc. (ACLH). Upon review of the PacWest Equitiies, Inc.(PWEI) Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement, I understand ACLH identifies your law office as its formal business location; and I assume that you are acting as ACLH's representative.
As earlier this year ACLH sold its assets to PWEI, I am respectfully requesting confirmation of the conversion of my ACLH shares to PWEI shares. As well, since ACLH shareholders have not received any communication from ACLH directors and officers since February 2011, I would like to learn what, if any, confirmation can be provided about the apparent merger of ACLH and PWEI, and the value of my ACLH shares if a conversion is not anticipated.
