IMO it is what is with the past. If there is dirty laundry NOW is the time to clean it. I think if there is the effects will be surprising in a positive way. After an initial hit on the stock price there will be nothing left to speculate about.....just the fact that this is a very solid company NOW. Once the smoke clears there would be an amazing run on this stock with the uplisting which after the fallout would have investor confidence that it would succeed.....why air your dirty laundry if as a company you were not sincere in your efforts to uplist? Right?
