Exactly.. I'm not saying there's a deal in works or not either way.

But, just bc it's not in a 8k at this moment means nothing yet.

If/when deal- they'll do it officially when they decide.

Right now- no one knows 100% what is going to happen except for the 2 parties and as much buzz or chatter and emails, calls, etc- going on about it.. SCCO could easily release few line statement denying any kind of buyout (but haven't)

Truth is, the more times ppl contact them, it may give them ideas of

Hmmm SRGE, we need to check out these guys and their GOLD! Especially with the re-ejection and gold prices continuing to go up!
