Legal counsel advising the CEO of a publicly held company not to issue any communications with shareholers is not a good sign in IMHO. Pubic companies issue PRs all of the time in the ordinary course of business. Legal counsel for FASC says no, nada, nothing. Not even an authorization to issue a state of union address as to where the company is headed. I can't put my finger on why but I have some theories and they are all bad. Not wanting to yell fire just yet as my panic will serve no good purpose. Can someone please play the violins so that I can at least feel better while the ship is sinking.
