I called the TA they state it is "Company Policy" not to give out

info over the phone..... ANYONE wanting info about TGGI AS/OS or

PREFERRED AA class convertible shares will need their broker to

request this info IN WRITING from Signature Stock Transfer.....

IMO this is part of the game plan being played in the SHELL games

IE you have AA class convertibles that can convert with in 5 days

to 2,525,000,000 commons yet it will take longer than 5 days to

confirm AS/OS thru you broker via snail mail through the TGGI

TA to PROVE whether or not debt holders (BCAP) are DUMPING

(diluting) TGGI. I also find Signature Stock's email address very

interesting kinda fly by night IMO. Both TGGI and BCAP TA's have

this "Company Policy" its perplexing....
