I am not referring to the forensic classification. I am referring to the DEA's scheduling of the substance. Right now it is classified as a schedule I substance which means it has no medicinal properties. The ASA is trying to convince the supreme court to overrule the DEA's decision and have the drug moved to a higher scheduling that evidences its medicinal properties. Hope that helps.
