Sorry solidgold --- no PM. According to William Lieberman, he said that most of what was posted on the MMTE board was wildly untrue and exaggerated. Now, William does not respond to anyone --- at least, that is my understanding. I was able to unload my shares before losing everything, and now that the stock has gone to no bid, I fear those remaining will lose what they have left. The people who made out okay were the one's who bought the convertible debt and sold at whatever price they could get before going to no bid. Unfortunately, this act drove the share price down to present level, and forced the R/S.

Once again, this is my understanding of the situation. I wish William would respond so I could learn more, but that is what I could get. The concessions are the real question. William would not answer me when I asked how MMTE would benefit from a sale or merger of such assets. I pressed him on a ratio or percentage that MMTE investors might use to calculate our benefit, but he clammed up and refused to answer those questions.
