MAYBESO, CAPN. But the COURT retained jurisdiction...and if promises made by JB are not kept then there COULD be consequences, though I doubt it. Hardly anyone cares.

BTW, the latest order by the court was to declare the requested fees billed by the main Law firm representing CDEX are reasonable and should be paid.
