Not at all. A year ago, people would have laughed at the prospect of Intel competing with ARM in ANY level. Merely 5 months ago, the same happened regarding performance. Now they are being a viable competitor in all areas.

I won't even speculate on 22nm because anything can happen. But things are looking good for the 32nm dual core Atom Z2580 with LTE.
