No I don't think is dilution in standard sense, but I do think that somebody is selling modestly each time the stock goes up and it must be someone big like Vivendi, who is in trouble. And since this has been happening for so long the stock is completely stuck in this tight range.

I believe the minute Vivendi announces it sold its ATVI stake, this stock will fly, because they are doing just about everything right and Vivendi is prob selling , whatever they can sell for food each day and they have enough to keep selling for a long time. Until someone buys their ATVI stake, this stock is doomed IMO.

Its a good short on both sides calls or puts, just need time to pass.
