Speculation abounds. IMO, the key to this "case" is who bought the big block of shares from the company and manipulated the stock price and can the company substantiate their own PR's. The answer to those two questions will tell all. I expect the company will have an easier time substantiating their PR's than the other party will explaining the manipulation.
