just wondering, does anybody know what's up with INO lately? The drop seems too extreme for the financials or ATM. Is it Marxe again? Still not selling! lol. I've been around a while and know that these things happen usually before some good news, of which we have plenty coming this month and next. Just sparking conversation...

I'm very tempted at this levels to buy a couple more thousand shares at minimum but am cautions just in case it goes lower. I'm thinking this will begin to rattle a little more volume in the coming days. GLTA....
