QUESTION: IF PWEI WERE LEGIT, WHY NO TRADING W/O PUMPING...?

So if this company were legitimate, why does it need countless pumping just to sell..??? Shouldn't it trade heavily on its own accord..? It doesn't trade without pumping b/c there is nothing of real value, or any substance, for the POS to trade. It's a pump and dump scam all the way...
