Aethlon Medical Inc (AEMD)

I'm wondering if Aethlon submitted the IDE to the FDA without a news announcement. If Aethlon is expecting possible approval at the beginning of next year then I would assume its been submitted. Does Aethlon have to announce the submittal? Maybe Aethlon is expecting a quick reply since they have already been in contact with the FDA. I just can't figure out the delay, if there is a delay. Also, why a delay with the patient costs in India. JJ said over a month ago that it would come in the "Coming weeks" It's just tuff when you're expecting news that doesn't come within a certain time frame. I'm done rambling..
