You know, the papers will get filed just as Mr.Fallacaro said they would. Seeing from the way he concluded the MSE deal, I have no doubts about him getting this done. The time it takes is really no important to me at this moment. I am certain that they will get filed. If I see a meeting scheduled with an admin. law judge, then I'll start worrying. For the time being I will take for granted that Mr.Fallacaro and the SEC have agreed upon a timetable to file and that this timetable is being respected as no meeting with the ALJ has been set.
