to summarize from june - nov, NVAE announced a merger with AIGI (http://www.algaeplanet.com). since then we've had a number of updates and most recent news to be released is here on a sticky note, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=81173148

philip verges also created a blog this year to communicate with shareholders and to give his two cents about whatever. it's a good blog because he's definitely showing that he's trying to change his reputation and gain trust in shareholders, so far all of what he said has happened..

at the moment, we're waiting for final word on the merger and share conversation ratio.. so, for every NVAE share you own, it'll be converted to AIGI.. BUT the good thing is AIGI has filed with the Regus (refer to sticky note above) and plan to release and IPO this year.. more good news is that NVAE is valued at $43K according to its market cap and AIGI is worth $55mil so, it's a huge jump.. IPO shares are looking around $5.50... as you can see, people are excited about this one.. id like to buy more but cant at the moment..
