When I talked to Ameritrade about the chill, they told me it's all on the company to get it lifted.
Msg: "order cannot be processed due to a dtc chill restricting the ability to transfer a security and settle the trade".
This is by no means an issue with just mdin, but also with many other sub-pennies I have tried to trade.
Please don't tell me to get one of the less reputable brokers. I have three brokers now(AMTD, Sharebuilder and Fidelity) now.
The reason I post this stuff is in the hope that Nick will see it's an important issue and take steps to resolve.
There are many potential investors who might be scared away by this issue.
Personally, I don't see it as a reason not to buy the stock. I' just not gonna get crazy with openning mor broker accts.
