Seems like a nice idea until you realize what it costs for the public to use one. In jails the "customers" are a "captive audience" literally. Not so on the street where someone has many options and when they realize they have been gouged 7%, won't be back. Assuming they actually pay attention to what they are paying that is.
Wonder how Friday will start and end? Prediction there will be a flurry of activity, obvious dumps, obvious tiny buys at ask, and in the end, be flat or close to it.
