Mr.Fallacaro said in his statement to shareholders of september 18, 2012, that he would be DEALING with the financials during the 10 day suspension period. He NEVER said that he was going to put out the financials during that period.



...ohhhh...and he has been dealing with the financials for almost two months now. I guess it is a little longer than the 10 days he implied....
