For this company to step up with the big boys several things have to happen;
1. A complete website, better search engine to find movies, books, cd,s, faster website, this is the store front that evereyone sees.
2. Put the new mailers in service (giant savings in mailing costs)
3. More inventory of the top 50 dvds and games (keep customers happy)
4. Stock buy back program, bring this stock to a respectable price and share count.
5. do 1,2 and 3 before Nov 1
If several or all of these suggestions are done we will all have our own ISLAND! We have a huge opportunity here.
