Dixie Elixirs contain THC and is ONLY sold in Colorado medical marijuana dispensaries (the new law would allow them to sell Dixie Elixirs to all Coloradans 21 and up - they would probably have to open a production facility in Washington to sell there).. They make ice creams and many other products with THC but they are only available in Colorado (and not say, California, because of interstate commerce issues I would assume). DixieX is their non-THC CBD line available in all 50 states. You should watch them on 60 Minutes to get a good idea. MJNA the parent company, also owns Phytosphere, which grows non-psychoactive hemp cannabis in Europe and ships it here as paste which is legal (see hemp shampoo, etc...). Dixie Elixirs probably gets the pot that they use from a dispensary in CO. In the end, MJNA does not sell distribute or produce marijuana. They do produce non-psychoactive hemp in Europe and they do sell THC edibles and sodas, but they don't sell marijuana like a dispensary or grow marijuana like a grow-op or distrbute it. By the way I expect Obama to respect the will of the people and I expect a major announcement similar to gay marriage. Uruguay just fully legalized. Chile is next. British Columbia as well and so many states in the US. There are now 18 states+DC that have medical. This is his second term, and the press reported that he would shift. I expect him to come through and MJNA to go to $ land.
